General Terms
You can order any way you wish. We offer a online ordering form with a secure
server allowing you to register the FlashJester product(s) that you wish easily and
fast. We also have phone order lines in both Europe and the US, as well as the
option to order by post.
Payment options include credit card, cheque or postal order. Credit cards include
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners and Discover. We can accept both Euro, US cheques
and postal orders by mail.

Distribution
The distribution of all software is done electronically
and by CD. After you purchase a licence online, you will be able to use our Download
Manager to automatically download the software , given you your registration details
online. An email will also be sent to confirm this. |
Secure Ordering
We use a VeriSign certificate for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transactions. VeriSign
certificates offer strong RSA-based encryption for secure transactions and allow
a wider variety of browsers to be used than with certificates from other companies.
Netscape Navigator versions starting at 2.0 are supported as well as Microsoft
Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and above. All of this means that your credit card
information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a very secure manner,
so that nobody else can see it. That protects you by ensuring that nobody but
you and the credit card processor will see your card. .
Multiple User licenses
FlashJester Software licences for its software are of royalty-free with
all the applications you create. You are required to buy a single licence for
each machine you have it installed on.
For example, if you own or are going to use Jugglor on ONE
machine only, then you are only required to purchase 1 licence for Jugglor. However,
if you own 2 machines with Jugglor installed, then you are required to purchase
2 Jugglor licences.
The same is applied to all of our software range.

Refund Policy
FlashJester Software offers an unconditional, 7-days, money-back guarantee on
every licensed copy of any of the software sold. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase simply notify us within 7 days of the purchase date
to receive a full refund. Due to the fact that we are contracting with a 3rd party
to handle taking both phone and online orders, we politely ask that you handle
all refund requests by contacting register@shareit.com. If you paid for the product
using your credit card, please do not request a refund through your credit card
company since this results in chargebacks for the 3rd party we are contracting
to handle the ordering. Be assured that all refunds will be promptly paid by company
check and mailed immediately.
There will be a $20 administration charge for all refunds given.
Cheque/Cash
You can also order by Cheque or Cash, From Europe or the US. You can also register
via phone, fax or postal mail. Please print out the ordering form, and fax or
